Helpful food and beverage BPA can lining report card for consumers

Emily Stone of Green Century Capital Management, co-author of a new report, Seeking Safer Packaging 2010, shows this year, 32% of companies surveyed had established internal timelines for phasing out BPA in packaging -- up from 7% with timelines in 2009.

Stone says “Our data shows that some companies in the food and beverage industry are wasting no time in transitioning out of bisphenol A (BPA) can linings.
