The Hells Angels of Troy, New York held their annual Groundhog celebration, to summon the start of Spring, on Saturday, February 1, at the Kreusi Ave. Pub at 1302 Lower Broadway in Schenectady, New York. The Kreusi Pub is a fairly new venue for events and it turned out to be a perfect setting for the party, with enough wide open spaces to accommodate the large crowds that Hells Angels parties always attract. There were plenty of local clubs there to support their Red & White brothers and the Bent Rail Blues Band rocked the house for the afternoon, while everyone enjoyed a roast beef dinner catered by LT’s Grill.
Although there were still clouds in the sky and the groundhog apparently says we still have six more weeks of winter, there was plenty of excitement in the air, as the biker community anticipates the riding season ahead. Albany bikers are already roaring to go and head on down the highway!
