Chef Ramsay asks Ray to taste a dish and he sticks his finger right into
it. Yech! That's when he got kicked out. At 51, he's the oldest chef to
compete.
Jeremy is the first nominated to leave H.K. Sebastian is the second nominee
and the one who must leave.
This is not a game for me. This is serious business.

HOUR ONE
On this, the first episode, for the first season of Hell's Kitchen, the ladies team won before a live audience in Las Vegas. They won an evening of frolic and fun, to include a personal appearance by Celine Dion.
The men's team had to return to the kitchen in Los Angeles (a scant 8 hours away), in a hot school bus, listening to Sebastian ramble on and on, as they sweated and consumed plenty of bottled water.
Upon return to kitchen sleeping and living quarters, most of the chefs spent their time learning the menu, excepting the one female with the puppet (Gina with Alfredo El Dente). That was odd.
As soon as the chefs step into the kitchen, Gina begins spacing out and requesting medical attention.
