On Thursday night’s installment of “Hell’s Kitchen” the challenge of the day was to work in teams of 2 and peel and devein 12 shrimp, break down 2 chickens, chuck 12 oysters, fillet 4 trout, and cook 2 perfect egg white omelets. The men managed to win by a small margin and thus won the reward, whereas the women were subjected to the dreaded punishment.

Then it was time for dinner service and both teams out of sink and unable to complete dinner for the second time in a row; therefore, Chef Ramsay gave both teams the duty of choosing 2 members each that they felt were the weakest chefs.

The Blue Team, men, chose Gabriel and DeMarco, this last one was in the bottom last weak and does indeed appear to be out of his comfort zone and lost in the intensity that “Hell’s Kitchen” demands. The Red Team, women, chose Beth and Simone. They all pleaded their case and just about begged for a second chance to correct their mistakes, Chef Ramsay thought about it and decided that the chef going home was Nicole, whom he claimed doesn’t have passion and was thrown out of the kitchen for the second week in a row, she walked off with an attitude and gave the finger as a final good-bye.

“Hell’s Kitchen” runs on Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT on Fox.
