Last night on “Hell’s Kitchen” the chefs were waken up by chef Ramsay and advised to remain silent as they walked into the restaurant and once there they encountered a wedding taking place. They were told by chef Ramsay that their challenge was to serve a breakfast to celebrate the nuptials, Red Team would served the bride’s party and Blue Team in turn the groom’s.

And once again the Red Team took the win, because they are able to put aside individual desire to take control and instead work as a unit, whereas the men seemed more preoccupied with shinning individually and upon losing pointing fingers to all others. The Blue Team needs to find the ability to work as a team and thus individuals who are contenders for the grand prize will start to rise.

DeMarco has the knowledge, however, lacks self-confidence to set his foot down and take charge, consequently, he questions himself and is unable to produce a dish that measures up to chef Ramsay’s standards. Therefore last night after being on the chopping block after every dinner service, he was eliminate from the competition, but he will eventually become a chef that becomes a household name.

“Hell’s Kitchen” runs on Thursday at 8 p.m. on Fox.
