To form a stylish alliance as such, NYDJ denim brand has once again tapped supermodel and photographer, Helena Christensen for their Spring 2014 advertising campaign. Christensen returns after her fall 2013 debut campaign with the brand, which included print and the first-ever NYDJ television commercial.
The spring 2014 NYDJ campaign reinforces the brands message regarding ownership by highlighting The Original Slimming Fit, which celebrates the idea of what it means to be “an original.” Christensen evokes the beautiful and confident feelings that come from finding a truly perfect fitting pair of denim jeans. Taglines such as “the one, the only,” “walk the walk” and “nothing touches it, nothing even comes close” speak to the revolutionary, original slimming fit of the jeans and reinforces NYDJ’s celebration of women who are unique, confident, and original in their own rights.
