Height requirements at Disney's Blizzard Beach

Disney's Blizzard Beach water park at Walt Disney World in Florida offers fun for the entire family. The premise is that there was a freak snowstorm in Florida. Someone built a ski resort, but then the snow melted so it was turned into a water park instead. If you or a member of your party is not a strong swimmer, use one of the free life vests. Remember to keep an eye on your children while you are there. That is the best way to keep everyone safe and make sure that you all have a great time.

There are several attractions at Blizzard Beach that have height requirements. Guests need to be 32 inches or taller in order to ride the Chairlift. Three rides require that guests be at least 48 inches to ride; Summit Plummet, Downhill Double Dipper and Slush Gusher. Tike's Peak is a play area designed just for kids. One member of your party must be 48 inches or shorter in order to play there.
