As it turns out, this new-look Heidi Montag is just as desperate for publicity as the old one. At a recent event, the star of MTV's "The Hills" suggested to Radar Online that she was ready to pose again for Playboy Magazine:

"I am doing Playboy again... soon, very soon...I cannot wait to show off my new assets, I am very excited."

The reality star first stripped down for the magazine for last September's issue, but she is apparently eager to show off more following her dramatic ten plastic surgery procedures in the span of one day.

But is she done going under the knife? Don't count on it. When asked about her future plans, here's what Heidi had to say: "I would like to get my breasts re-done because I couldn't get them the size I wanted because they couldn't fit."

Spencer Pratt meanwhile, is continuing to stay supportive of his wife, claiming that his life is a "miracle."

Do you believe this couple is going too far, or are they way beyond "too far" at this point? Let me know your thoughts with a comment and stay tuned for more news.
