Heidi Montag to remove huge breast implants: 'I feel trapped in my own body'

Just one week after her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, died in a horrific car crash, Heidi Montag proclaims that she wants to remove her huge G-cup breast implants and downgrade to a D-cup.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," Montag, 23, tells the new issue of Life & Style. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

'It's Impossible to Work Out'

Heidi, who underwent a shocking 10 plastic surgeries in one day back in Nov. 2009, says she's unable to work out with her gigantic breasts and experiences pain every day from them.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," Montag says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life.

"I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way."

Heidi, whose divorce from The Hills co-star Spencer Pratt will be finalized on Feb. 14, 2011, is seeking a surgeon in South America to undo some of her extreme plastic surgery makeover.

"I feel trapped in my own body," she says.

I don't feel sorry for her. How can someone claim to be obsessed with fitness, but have 10 elective surgery procedures in the same day? And G cups? Come on! Not only is she vain, but her plastic surgeon should have been disciplined for doing it.
