Reality star Heidi Montag apparently loves plastic surgery so much that she had it done ten times...in the span of one day. On the cover of Friday's People Magazine, Montag plans to detail everything she had done on November 20. While we don't know the details surrounding every procedure, we do know that she had a breast enlargement, a chin reduction, and her nose reconstructed.
Of course, the real question is here is why someone would choose to drastically alter their body so much in one day. We already know that Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt have a fondness for the headlines; therefore, is this a publicity stunt? I actually don't think so, especially when you consider that she would probably be on the front cover of magazines even if she only had five procedures. Rather, this could be yet another example of Hollywood pressing upon us what the "ideal woman" should be (though I'm not entirely sure that Montag would ever agree with that assessment).
Montag's new album (entitled "Superficial") hit iTunes on Tuesday, so maybe this in a way serves as a bizarre sense of self-promotion. (She said recently that the album could be the next incarnation of "Thriller.")

I think that 10 surgeries is way to much! Looking at pictures before she had any surgery showed that she was a very beautiful girl! Then she had the first done.. and now?? She looks like Barbie, and I don't mean that in a good way.
