In a recent interview Heidi Montag spoke out about her plastic surgery regrets, painful ear pinning her plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan. Heidi Montag is best known for her dramatic ten plus plastic surgeries in one day and her six seasons of the reality TV show ‘The Hills.’
Heidi Montag said in an interview on ABC's ‘Primetime,’ which aired Wednesday night; she blames her surgeon (Dr. Frank Ryan,) who died in a car accident in August, for not fully educating her about the process and how painful it would be.

Heidi Montag also spoke about getting her ears pinned back, which she stated is, ‘the most painful type of plastic surgery an adult can get.’
Ear Pinning or Otoplasty according to Wikipedia, “Ear deformity results from distorted, damaged, or missing ear elements…. Many otoplasties are performed not because of actual deformity, but because the individual is displeased with the shape of their ears.”
"I thought that first night that I came out of the hospital, I was gonna die out of pain," Heidi Montag stated. "I didn't think I could physically endure that much pain. I mean, I looked like I was hit by a truck. My body went through so much trauma ... little precision cuts, you know, throughout my entire body."
Heidi Montag, 24, is now preaching to other women about not following her lead.
"I hope that people really hear what I'm saying about plastic surgery, and I hope they really hear that I'm saying I would take it back," she stated. "I almost risked everything, all my relationships and myself, for vanity."
