Heidi Klum is selling her mansion in Los Angeles, and the estate has a $25 million price tag on it. The home is clearly a gorgeous one, but it seems she's felt the need to move on to a fresh project. Today shared the details of Klum's home.
The “Project Runway” host and “America's Got Talent” judge has owned the Brentwood Estates home since 2010. She purchased the home, which had been a foreclosure, with then-husband Seal. The estate has its own website, and it describes Klum as a “dedicated house renovator.” The estate has 12,300 square feet and includes 8 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Heidi Klum is selling the mansion after putting in quite a bit of work to the tune of several million dollars and extensive renovations. The grounds include an infinity-edge pool, a children's playhouse, hiking trails for kids, a rose garden, fountains and secret gardens, according to People. Naturally there is a gorgeous view, which is what drew Heidi in when she was looking for a home to buy.
Klum and Seal purchased the home for $14 million, then they worked diligently for six months on replacing and upgrading components within the home. It most definitely is a gorgeous home, though some might have a hard time imagining Heidi and Seal's four kids running around the stunning property. The reality TV star has said, “I honestly felt that I was no longer in Los Angeles and instead was strolling the gardens of a home in the south of France.” She has dubbed it a “little piece of heaven,” but now it's available for someone new to cherish.
Will the property fetch its $25 million asking price? It seems that high-end properties are a hot commodity in Los Angeles right now, and it should certainly appeal to those in the market for a home with that level of price tag. Many will be curious to see the next project the “Project Runway” star works on, now that Heidi Klum is selling the mansion she last renovated.
