Nine times out of 10, when a celebrity marriage ends in separation or divorce, infidelity is involved, though it may not come out right away.

Most celebrity splits occur, either directly or indirectly, because one celebrity spouse or significant other has cheated on his or her mate.

So it’s only natural that when TMZ.com reported that model Heidi Klum and British singer Seal were breaking up, the first question on everyone’s mind was: “ Who cheated on who?”.

It’s interesting to note that so far, in the Seal – Heidi split, there are no third parties involved.

As far as independent research can determine, there is no infidelity involved. The one thing that’s consistent throughout the numerous news reports is that the Heidi Klum - Seal split is not the result of a cheating mate.

What, then, caused this loving, devoted, seemingly happy couple to split?

And why are fans, the media, and the general public in such a state of shock to learn of the break-up of Heidi and Seal?

Possible Reasons - Other than Infidelity - Why Seal and Heidi Split

The break-up of Seal and Heidi Klum appears to be as much of a shock to the couple themselves, as to their family and friends.

There are a number of rumors circulating as to why Seal and Heidi split.

The official statement jointly issued by Heidi and Seal, stated that although they “still love each other,” they “have grown apart. “

However, Seal and Heidi had such a strong, solid, intensely passionate marriage, that most people, including their family and friends feel there’s a lot more to their break-up than that.

The following are just a few of the reasons that have been given

Seal has a volatile temper with which Heidi could no longer cope

The disparity between Heidi’s and Seal’s respective careers

Seal was jealous of Heidi’s career success, according to the National Enquirer

Heidi’s unrealistic expectations of continued romance

Due to work commitments, Heidi and Seal spent too much time apart last year

It’s just a publicity stunt to promote Seal’s new album, Soul 2

Of the many reasons suggested as to why Heidi and Seal have decided to split, no one has even hinted that infidelity is involved.

This alone is a strong testament to the intense love, passion, and devotion that Seal and Heidi shared, which frequently manifested itself in lots of hugging, kissing, cuddling and other public displays of affection.

The Demise of a Loving Marriage in Which Infidelity Played no Part

Supermodel, Heidi Klum and British singer, Seal shared a seemingly perfect marriage and family life, which was the envy of most who observed the two of them together, with or without their 4 children who range in age from 7 to 2 years of age.

They were frequently photographed being affectionate with each other and their children.

Their 7-year marriage was considered to be one of the strongest, most stable celebrity marriages in Hollywood – so much so that in June 2010, Redbook magazine interviewed Heidi on her marriage to Seal, and their secrets for staying close and keeping their marriage sizzling, yet solid.

Each year Seal and Heidi made a tradition of renewing their marriage vows in an elaborate ceremony attended by family and intimate friends.

But the couple has not been seen together since their family vacation in Aspen, last month. Heidi Klum even attended the Golden Globe awards alone.

However, despite an official statement confirming their separation, Heidi and Seal are said to still be living together, and both have been spotted, wearing their wedding rings.

While Seal has talked openly about his separation from Heidi in his recent interviews to promote his new album, Soul 2 which debuted this week, thus far, Heidi Klum has had nothing to say.

Obviously, even though there’s no infidelity involved, there’s more to the Seal - Heidi Klum split than meets the eye. Eventually, all will be revealed.
