Before pregnancy with her fourth child, supermodel Heidi Klum posed for the German issue
of GQ Magazi
The German model who's managed a career as an actress, television host, business woman, fashion designer, television producer, artist and mom has yet to be tossed a job she can't handle.
So when supermodel Heidi Klum was approached to model for the New York Post's Page Six Magazine pregnant and glowing, Klum happily said 'yes'.
According to sources at the photoshoot, Heidi Klum bared her gluteus maximus and left onlookers in awe.
The 36-year-old Victoria's Secret beauty-gal, who is expecting her fourth family addition with husband and musician, Seal, donned a sexy ensemble for the shoot - A teeny, tiny backless dress dripping in snakeskin.
An insider to the shoot said while Heidi might already be a mom to three, she still makes men go crazy.
“Heidi has still got it. Men go wild for her,” News of the World quoted an insider at the photo session, for the New York Post’s Page Six Magazine, as saying.
And keep it, she will. in 2007, just eight weeks after giving birth, Klum hit the Victoria's Secret runway. Personal trainer to the stars, David Kirsch broke down Heidi's likely strategy for coming back on the fast track.
- Phase 1: For Week One and Week Two Heidi avoided all foods that cause bloating. No dairy, no fruit and more energy.
- Phase 2: Eat really healthy carbs like lentils and beef. Heidi's favorite was tuna, quinoa, and tomatoes.
- Phase 3: Load up on lean proteins such as lean meats, a lentil loaf, or a bowl of eggs
And for those of us who don't have supermodel motivation? Kirsch throws in some quick tips to keep you afloat.
- Quick Tip 1: Down a protein shake when you need a quick snack
- Quick Tip 2: Keep a bowl of hard-boiled eggs on hand
- Quick Tip 3: Exercise while you diet. Kirsch favors the rowing machine over the treadmill adding, "it's a bigger bang for your buck."
- Quick Tip 4: Eat five meals a day. Kirsch says to eat "every three hours, from 7AM to 7PM". David notes anything outside that is the "red zone".
- Quick Tip 5: Avoid alcohol, bread and starchy carbs.
