Heat Advisory Through Saturday

Hot weather continues across Middle Tennessee as many of us will see heat index readings in the 103 to 109 degree range through Saturday.

These are considered dangerous heat levels. Young children, the elderly, and those with illness or heart conditions are at the highest risk. Also, those who work and play outdoors run the risk of heat stroke.

The best advice is to stay indoors during few days. Additionally, check on pets, elderly neighbors, and relatives.
