Hearty Sausage Chili

This is a new twist on chili. Instead of using hamburger I used hot sausage, you could use mild if you do not want it so spicy. It was amazing and the difference with sausage was very good! Try this one while the weather is still chilly.

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Large Onion, Chopped

3 Stalks of Celery, Chopped

3 Large Sausage of your choice, cut in 1/2 inch pieces

1 Cup Water

1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes

1 Can Pinto Beans

1 Can Light Kidney Beans

1 Can Dark Kidney Beans

1 Cup Water

1 Package Mild Chili Mix

Saute in oil the onion, celery and sausage until sausage is cooked.

Add water, and stir in tomatoes and all beans.

Stir in chili mix.

Simmer for 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Great served with french bread.
