There is a new charity in town...Hearts and Crafts. Their motto is simple, "Ohioians Crafting for the Greater Good" and they are proving it through simple but effective efforts already.
Hearts and Crafts next event is a silent auction benefitting Doctors Without Borders in Haiti. Amy D and Miles Jonard of OhDearOhio are two of the local crafters that are donating items. Amy is donating one of her infamous Beer Pocket Aprons and Miles is donating some of his knitted scarves.
The event is Sunday February 28, 2010 from 2pm to 5pm and is being hosted by Surly Girl Saloon.
