Healthy snacks options for diet resolutions

Do you have a New Year's resolution to lose weight?  Maybe your resolution is to cut calories and eat healthier.  It is almost a week into the New Year - are you feeling deprived yet?

Nobody wants to feel deprived and yet many of people go on strict calorie-reduced diets leaving them feeling hungry, agitated and unhappy.  STOP it!  It is important to incorporate healthy snacks into your nutrition plan to help you feel more satisfied and energetic throughout your busy day.  Not all snacks are created equal though.  Below you will find comparisons between snack options.  The point here is that with a little knowledge and planning, you can enjoy snacks that are healthy, more filling and satisfying.

    I really had no idea the difference between popcorn and pretzels. That is really amazing, next time I am reaching for the low-fat popcorn instead. Thanks
