Healthy pizza

Do you crave pizza, but are not able to tolerate gluten, yeast, or wheat? Try this incredibly delicious recipe for a guilt and allergen free treat!

Crust
2 cups (about ½ head) organic raw cauliflower riced (use pulse setting on food processor)
2 cups organic shredded cheese (mozzarella, grated Parmesan, or combination)
2 organic cage-free eggs
1 teaspoon each of organic seasonings: Garlic salt, pepper, basil, oregano (optional and to taste)

Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Mix above ingredients together and spread about ¼ inch thick on a pizza stone or parchment paper lined cookie sheet or pizza pan. Press the mixture together to be certain it is uniform throughout. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust begins to turn golden brown. Remove from oven, top with tomato, alfredo, or pesto sauce, add your favorite toppings, and sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes until toppings are hot and cheese is golden brown.

• Pesto, sausage, onion, black olives, Parmesan
• Tomato sauce, green peppers, mushroom, onion, mozzarella
• Pesto, artichokes, spinach, green olives, feta
• Sauerkraut, chicken brats, Swiss cheese

Tip: Make your own fresh pesto by mixing in a food processor:

Healthy Pesto
1 cup fresh organic basil leaves
¼ cup pine nuts
½ cup organic parmesan cheese
2 cloves fresh organic garlic
¼ cup organic cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
