Popcorn is a healthy snack.

It is important to select healthy snacks to prevent gaining weight. Popcorn is healthy before adding butter, salt, chocolate and cheese. So the next time you purchase popcorn at the movie theatre or baseball game, avoid adding butter and cheese toppings.

While snacking at home, prepare healthy popcorn. Here are ways to prepare healthy popcorn: pop kernels in an air popcorn popper or use the old fashioned way on top of the stove. Season the popcorn with herbs or lite seasonings. Also, find low calorie popcorn recipes online or in cookbooks

Healthy Living! Exercise + healthy eating =weight loss. If you are overweight or obese and need help losing weight contact a fitness center, personal trainer, dietitian or weight loss center in your area. Remember, it is important to remain within your Body Mass Index (BMI) range.

Enjoy eating popcorn! Purchase popcorn kernels or prepared popcorn at your local grocery store or market.
