Famous for its natural and organic foods, Healthy Living Market of South Burlington is looking to expand. They plan to open a second café in Saratoga Springs, New York. Similar to the Burlington café, it will feature a learning center. Plans are for the café to occupy the former JC Penny store in the Wilton Mall.
CEO Kathy Lesser said: “We love what we’re doing, supporting a great community and partnering with local farmers, producers and organizations. Bringing our energy and experience to another wonderful community is something we really want to do.”
Healthy Living plans to open the new café by January 2013.
