The Healthy Living Market on Friday announced the official opening day for its new Wilton Mall location in Saratoga Springs.
The 35,000 square foot supermarket, an offshoot of the Burlington, Vt., original, will open for business at 8 a.m. Thursday, March 21.
The market specializes in fresh organic and local produce, locally sourced meats and poultry, artisan breads, cheese, health and beauty products, a vitamin/supplement department, freshly prepared foods and a selection of microbrews.
In addition, Healthy Living will operate its own cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a full barista area for coffee and tea drinks.
In addition, the in-store Learning Center will offer cooking demonstrations, cooking classes, and wellness lectures.
The Wilton Mall is located at 3065 Route 50.
