Healthy fruit drink: Sweet and tangy refresher

Having a healthy drink on hand that is tasty and refreshing is a real treat the whole family will enjoy. This mixture of juices is a true thirst quencher. Parents would love to serve their families something other than sugary juice boxes or mixes. This is also another way to add an additional serving of fruit into their diets and a surer way to monitor the sugar content children in the home consume.

This little drink concoction is great when you just need a little something when you are thirsty, great for family members who are working outdoors doing gardening since it boosts the electrolytes in their systems and won’t fire up the kids because you choose to use natural juices in this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 32 ounces of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of ginger ale

Directions:

  1. Pour all ingredients into a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir and serve cold or on the rocks.
  2. Enjoy!
