Marian Bell, nutritionist and owner of Healthy Lifestyle has partnered with PURE Smart Foods, a new concept in healthy foods that will open mid-March. The restaurant will be located in Technology Forest Plaza shopping center in The Woodlands. Marian Bell who services the Houston area also offers cooking classes and nutritional counseling.
Pure will prepare a line of meals that offer on the go, ready-to-eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will focus on nutrition, sustainability, and organic foods. You will enjoy foods like sweet potato “fries” cooked in air fryers without oil, and the “Fusion Roll”, made of pan-seared Ahi tuna, sprouts, and sauce, cut to look like a sushi roll. You will find that Instead of added sugars, trans fat or hydrogenated oils, they will use natural juices, agave sweeteners, and macadamia, grapeseed and olive oils.”
In addition to dine-in menus, PURE will carry pre-packaged meals and also has plans to introduce homemade, all-natural baby foods.
This is a trend we all want to see pop up as fast as we saw other fast food franchises growing.
