Dark chocolate 70% cocoa is delicious, a great mood elevator, and healthy for the heart. Just not the whole bar. It is full of dreaded calories. Melt it and dip fruit into it. Just a couple squares and a few seconds in the microwave. Especially good on strawberries and frozen bananas. You can even roll it in nuts for a little extra protein.
