Healthy chocolate pudding for Valentine's Day

Choco-avocado-nanno pudding:

Ingredients:

2 avocados
1 banana
1/2 cup raw honey
1/4 cup fair trade organic cocoa powder
2 Tbsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Throw all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.

The health benefits from this pudding are numerous: healthy fats in the avocado and coconut oil. Coconut oil and raw honey have anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties (convenient for this flu season!). Cocoa powder is full of antioxidants. Potassium in the bananas. So eat to your hearts content. Pun intended.
