Fitness enthusiasts, curious couch-potatoes, and those who are ready to make a change in their lives can all come together at the Colorado Convention Center this Saturday, May 7, for the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Expo.
Attend this one-day event to meet with fitness-minded vendors: personal trainers, various health clubs (where you can learn all about their group fitness offerings!), and home fitness companies. Sometimes people end up not exercising because they don't know where to start; gathering information at this expo might help point you in the right direction. Just remember -- you have to take that information home and do something with it! It's also easy to get caught up in the preparation phase of making a life change. Attending a fitness expo, visiting the health clubs in your area, and reading a dozen books on the subject give you the tools to make a decision, but they won't take the weight off for you. Make that decision, then make the change!
The expo doesn't stop at fitness and weight loss. Wellness goes far beyond your waist size, and this expo embraces that. Other booths will focus on anti-aging, chiropractic, vitamins, Lasik, hypnotherapy, dentistry, massage, nutrition, and more.
You are also free to listen in on a variety of presentations on topics like hynotherapy, obesity, healthy eating, and laser allergy relief. Look for free samples and the Crocs interactive area!
This event runs from 12:00-6:00pm; adults are $7 at the door, and children under 12 get in free! Until midnight on Tuesday, Groupon is sweetening the deal by offering two adult tickets for the price of one. You can only buy one deal for yourself, but you can purchase up to five to give as gifts -- just in time for mother's day!
