There are so many diets in our society. I'm one of the many people that have tried lots of diets: Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Detox diets, liquid diets, Nutrisystem, etc. Though several of these diets have good qualities, on the whole I'm finding none of these work. (at least for me)

It wasn't until recent that I was encouraged to read the book "Clean". This is the best book that I have read. Losing ten pounds in the first week, feeling healthier than I have felt in a long time, it seems extreme but Dr. Jung is onto something. If you are looking to become healthier, read this book. It will change your healthy lifestyle forever.

Also, there are several seminars today that discuss eating more raw food than processed food. There is something to be said for eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and very little meat. You exclude dairy, starches, caffeine, alcohol, and red meat.

If you are at a loss, read this book. If you need to be healthier, read this book. You won't be unhappy by the results when you put them to the test.
