Markeplace insurance plans are categorized according to 4 distinct categories. But what is the difference between these categories? Each plan category determines how much the plan will pay to its members. While the plans are not fixed according to definite amounts, each plan category is typicvally associated with an average amount the plans provide to their policyholders. It is important for each policyholder to determine not only how much they are willing to pay for their respective plan per year, but how much of their insurance benefits they would like to receive for their healthcare services that year.

1) Bronze - The average policyholder of the bronze plan will have 60% of their health benefits paid per year.

3) Gold - The average policyholder of the gold plan will have 80% of their health benefits paid per year.
