Obesity is a growing problem in the United States and also in other countries afar.

Obesity is a very unhealthy bodily condition that means a person is extremely overweight and at a higher risk from other serious illnesses.

Obesity is mostly graded by height and being 20% heavier than the recommended weight for your height is considered clinically overweight or obese.

Obesity is a preventable disease but is still one of the leading causes of death in our society.

Obesity contributes to pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, some cancers, gall bladder disease among others.

Reasons being poor diet, physical inactivity, and combining excessive weight with alcohol, drugs, and smoking additions.

Poor diet: eating junk foods, processed foods, and drinking soda are all bad habits that can and will make you obese over time.

Physical inactivity: Couch potato, internet fanatic, and an office job are all sedentary lifestyle problems that contribute to weight gain.

Alcohol: Drinking too much alcohol is bad for your health and can pack on the pounds.

Drugs: prescription and street drugs can both be harmful to your health, too much can lead to other health problems, addition, or premature death.
