Insurance coverage set to begin for San Diegans seeking health care on January 1st in 2014 has been delayed by the decision on the moratorium on the Affordable Care Act both of houses have passed versions of. The adults earning modified adjusted gross incomes below 138 percent the federal poverty level will also have to carefully plan applications for the opening day for applications, Tuesday, October 31st.
There will be no sliding scale for health care if officials decide to save money by delaying the large health care expenditures.
