Cinnamon oil and powder can be used to reduce these symptoms by simply adding one to two teaspoons of ground cinnamon to a hot cup of green tea or cider. Add lemon juice to help with respiratory infections as well.
Healthy juicing suggests that cinnamon is also helpful to boost brain activity and brain function. It helps the mind by simply smelling or tasting the spice.
