Healing through Art #1: Air Journey to Cleanse the Mind
"Exploring non-traditional, no-pressure art techniques, the workshop series is designed to have fun, energize and sweep away the clouds. It is presented by Shelley Irish, a professional oil painter and teacher with an MFA in Representational Painting, who is certified in Reiki I and completed the year-and-a-day program to further her work with the elements and Chakras." Students will make a book among other artful projects. Don't worry, no experience with art is necessary. Enrollment is limited. Advance reservation and payment is required and fees are non-refundable.

Ayurvedic Fooks to Nourish Chakras
Learn how to balance your Chakras and life energy with the right food and an understanding ofyour body's constitution. This workshop promises to be fun, tasty and informative. Your presenters will be Beth Sanchez, Ayurveda Consultant, and Vicki Johnston, founder of VeganCooks. "Beth Sanchez has been teaching alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga for over 10 years. Vicki Johnston is a Master of Holistic Nutrition and has been teaching healthy cooking for more than 20 years." Workshop enrollment is limited.
