kRi and hettie are a highly talented duo that has made many visits to the Columbus area. They are on a special mission to fund a new CD “Just Get to You” that will be used to ease the time spent by those undergoing chemotherapy, kidney dialysis, and other painful therapies. In addition to hospitals, the CD has been requested for application in mental institutions, foster care and senior centers.
The kRi & hettie “Kickstart My Heart!” concert will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013 at the McConnell Arts Center at 7 p.m. The location is 777 Evening Street, Worthington, OH 43085, which is at the intersection of Route 161 and Evening Street, west of High Street. kRi and hettie demonstrate the highest spiritual service during their concerts and workshops. Their loving and healing energy is apparent in their music and the commentary provided during the performances.
Being in service to the world is a huge part of who kRi and hettie are. They were commissioned by the Austin, Texas-based organization Cenpatico to create the theme song “Change it Up” for the Peaceful Warrior project, designed to engage and inspire young women in the foster care system. The concert is $15 for tickets purchased on line and $18 at the door the night of the concert. The theater is a very comfortable venue with good seating and acoustics. Seating is somewhat limited so purchasing on line and in advance is a good idea.
