Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts 10 days of racing that begins on Thursday, May 15th with on-track practice for the Sprint All-Star Race and Camping World Truck Series and culminates with the running of the Coca Cola 600 on Sunday, May 25th. What’s happening in between? Plenty of action on and off the track – here’s a preview of this weekend’s action, highlighted by the always-popular Sprint All-Star Race on Saturday, May 18th.

Thursday, May 15th – the Camping World Truck Series takes to the track for two practice sessions at 4 and 7 p.m. ET.

Friday, May 16th – Gate 5A opens at 11 a.m. ET, with the final Truck Series practice session taking place at that time. At 12:05 p.m ET, practice for the Sprint Showdown race for non-qualified Cup Series drivers takes place, followed by All-Star Race practice at 1:50 p.m. ET. All spectator gates open at 3 p.m. ET, with All-Star Race pit road practice at 3:15 p.m. ET and qualifying for the Sprint Showdown at 4:10 p.m. ET. Truck Series qualifying takes place at 5:40 p.m. ET, followed by the Sprint Showdown at 7:15 p.m. ET and Truck Series NC Education Lottery 200 at approximately 8:30 p.m. ET.

Saturday, May 17th – Spectator gates open at 2 p.m. ET, with a concert from country star Jake Owen at 4:25 p.m. ET and the first set by the group Train at 5:40 p.m. ET. Qualifying for the Sprint All-Star Race begins at 7:10 p.m. ET, followed by the second set by Train at 8:15 p.m. ET and the All-Star Race at approximately 9 p.m. ET.

There is no on-track action on Sunday, May 18th.

All three packages include tickets for the Truck Series race (May 16th), the All-Star Race (May 17th), Liftmaster Pole Night (May 22nd), the Nationwide Series History 300 (May 24th) and the Coca Cola 600 (May 25th) plus your choice of an upgrade – options include a NASCAR Hall of Fame ticket, scanner rental, a Trackside Tram Tour, a race shop tour or a ticket for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series race on Friday, May 23rd at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, depending on which package you choose.
