NASCAR’s Sprint Cup Series heads to Pocono Raceway in Pennsylvania for the second time this season, bringing the Camping World Truck Series and the ARCA Racing Series along for the ride. The 400 weekend takes place Friday through Sunday, August 1st through 3rd at the “Tricky Triangle.”

There’s a full day of activities on-track on Friday, August 1st, with grandstand admission gates opening at 8 a.m. ET. Truck Series practice kicks off the festivities at 9:30 a.m. ET, followed by Cup Series practice at 11 a.m. ET. The ARCA Racing Series qualifies for the ModSpace 125 at 12:35 p.m. ET, followed by Cup Series qualifying for the 400 at 3:40 p.m. ET. The ARCA Racing Series ModSpace 125 goes green at 5:15 p.m. ET to end the day.

On Saturday, August 2nd, gates open at 8 a.m. ET, with Cup Series practice at 9 a.m. ET. Camping World Truck Series qualifying for the Pocono Mountains 150 takes place at 10:10 a.m. ET, followed by the final practice for the Sprint Cup Series at 11:30 a.m. ET. The Pocono Mountains 150 Truck Series race goes green at 1 p.m. ET.

Gates open at 8 a.m. ET on Sunday, August 3rd, with the 400 going green at 1 p.m. ET.

Tickets are still available for all three days of the 400 weekend – Friday general admission tickets are just $10, while Saturday tickets start at $20. Tickets for Sunday’s Cup Series race start at $45. Get tickets and more information at
