If you like to ski and test out some of the best beers from Michigan and national breweries then plan on being at Boyne Highlands on March 9 for the fourth annual Brew-Ski Festival.
From noon until 5 p.m., the Brew-Ski Festival will offer 150 micro-brewery beers all at the base of the slopes at the Highlands. Adding to the fun will be the displays of the beers, set up on snow bars which will also serve to enclose the Brew-Ski area. Representatives from each of the breweries will be on hand to discuss the brews.

The event which is open to those 21 years of age and over will also offer brats on the grills along with other foods to try. Adding to the day, there will be live music at the festival by the northern Michigan band The Remedee. Tickets for the 4-ounce beer samples and the food can be purchased at the event and cost only $1.50 each.
Once the Brew-Ski festival begins to wind down outside at 5 p.m., it will be time to head indoors to the Zoo Bar at Boyne Highlands where you will find liver entertainment and dancing to keep your blood flowing.
