Cheyenne Mountain Resort and Country Club launched its Head South for Spring campaign, offering upgraded accommodations, late check-out, free kids’ meals, $59 starting golf greens fees, free craft beer tastings and movie nights.
With nightly rates starting at $109, if you book the Head South promotion, you receive upgraded accommodations to the next available room type, a discounted resort fee and a guaranteed 2 p.m. late checkout. With the package, kids 8 and under get free buffet dining and kids 9-12 are half price at The Mountain View Restaurant. There are also complimentary movie showings with popcorn and lemonade every Saturday in the Amphitheater at 7 p.m.
There’s also a Kidz Zoo Breakfast in The Mountain View Restaurant, which includes a Q&A session with a zoo keeper, animal interactions, fun facts, and more from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Kidz Zoo Breakfasts are available March 22 and 29 and April 5, 13 and 19 from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Advanced reservations are recommended. Breakfast is $16 buffet or $12 Continental, with kids under 8 free and kids 9-12 half price.
You can also extend the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo experience with 25 percent off two adult tickets, which are available for purchase at the front desk.
The resort’s newly-renovated Pete Dye championship golf course features greens fees starting at $59 and $10 for an all-day driving range pass. For tee times, call the pro shop at 719-538-4095.
Complimentary brewery tastings happen on Friday nights in the Will Rogers Lounge, March 21 and 28, and April 4, 11 and 18.
