After the successful launch of the continuation of the original Dallas series on TNT it comes as no surprise that it would be back again.
The series continues the same Ewing feud from the original series but jumps ahead to present day adding into the feud the next generation of the family. Original members returned including Patrick Duffy, Larry Hagman, and Linda Gray, along with Josh Henderson, Jesse Metcalfe, Jordana Brewster, Julie Gonzalo, and Brenda Strong.
While the show offered very little new to the formula it captured enough of the magic to get the hardcore fans back for the drama and seemed to really soak it up. The show was already highly anticipated, but with the recent passing of Larry Hagman, it will be interesting to see how they incorporate it into the series itself.
The new season kicks off on TNT and brings along new cast members Mitch Pileggi, Harris Ryland, Emma Bell, and Kuno Becker and is sure to deliver more of the same back stabbing and inter fighting that made Dallas the iconic show that it has become.
Head back to Southfork for Dallas when it premieres on January 28 on TNT.
