Newnan, GA - There is an entire list of "urgents" on the Shelter Rescue page for the Coweta County Animal Control. The first dog on the list caught one advocate's eye in particular.
The one dog, listed as a Black Lab Mix, has until tomorrow, or he will be killed.
Shared from a volunteer who recently met him,
What...a...LOVE! This fella just clung so very close to me when I took him out of his kennel to get to know him. He was afraid to get very far from me because he looked to me for love and safety. It was simply heartbreaking to have to put him back into his kennel. While I took his picture and video, he sat very nicely and tried very hard to please. It is heartbreaking how sad he is and how concerned he is about his situation. Poor, dear fella.... This sweetie needs an adoptive home or a receiving rescue asap! PLEASE HURRY!
Indeed, his big, brown eyes do look worried. He seems to have a sense of the danger that he's in - danger that he has no control over.
100% of his fate lies in the hands of others. This gorgeous, young dog (he has a puppy face) does not have a name, merely a number.
He is listed as B-8, A018460.
You can see him at this video link. Time is of the essence for this worried pup - he, and the others listed on the Shelter Rescue Page, have no way to plead for their own lives - it's up to the compassionate efforts of others if they are ever to walk out of this animal control facility alive.
Networking for this dog, and the others on this page of "urgents" is simple. Please like, share and forward to friends and family.
Nobody knows where that next rescue angel might be - but this boy cannot find that angel without some assistance. Thank you for taking a moment out of your day to lend him a hand.
