#1 Daytona Beach, FL -8% $66 per night
#2 Florida Keys -6% $139 per night
#3 Raleigh, NC -6% $86 per night

Sunny Daytona is the winner this month with a whopping eight percent drop followed by another Florida favorite, the Florida Keys, Hemmingway’s old haunt, with a six percent drop. While January is normally a busier month for these sun-drenched beach towns, the Northeast’s unseasonably mild winter has translated into diminished demand and, in turn great discounts. Raleigh, returning to the list after a fleeting absence from the list, comes in at the number three spot. Las Vegas, once beaucoup expensive, hits the list for the sixth month in a row! Travelers can expect many last-minute price reductions even on the weekends, as well as some astronomical discounts on magnificent 5-star properties. Nashville rounds out the list with a mere two percent drop.
