Hawaiian Airlines launches New York route

Hawaiian Airlines (www.hawaiianairlines.com)  is launching service between New York’s John F. Kennedy and Honolulu staring June 5, 2012 with super fares. This is great news for any bi-coastal Los Angeles residents, who might have a trip planned to the islands, but suddenly need to go back east on a client call or acting audition. Now you don’t have fly back to  LAX to get to Honolulu.

As a frequent flyer on Hawaiian Airlines and visitor to the islands, I agree with the sentiments of the airlines president and CEO, Mark Dunkerley, who said, “We are bringing Hawaii to New York. There’s nowhere like Hawaii and no airline like Hawaiian. With the best service on the ground and in the air, with 150 flights a day among our islands and with our warm Hawaiian hospitality, Hawaiian Airlines is always the best value-for-money ticket to paradise. We’re the airline of choice for millions of people on the West Coast and in Asia, and we’re excited to bebringing the Hawaiian experience to New York,” said Mark Dunkerley, Hawaiian’s president and CEO.
