The fans of “Hawaii Five-0” need to savor what is left of the TV season. With only three shows remaining, there is should be no interruptions to get the weekly fix of Steve McGarrett and his pal Danno on the Hawaiian Islands fighting crime. On Friday night the team steps into a surprise case while investigating another incident. This spoiler for “Hawaii Five-0” is for the episode on April 25 called “Pe'epe'e Kānaka.” Fans who don’t want to know the details should stop reading now. According to Broadway World on Friday, the student group appears to be more than a few college students looking to hit the books.

The team is investigating the murdered pool cleaner leads Five-0 to uncover a possible terrorist cell of radicalized students who are plotting an attack on U.S. soil. Oddly the investigation leads to one of the most unsuspecting thoughts on the Hawaiian Islands as these folks aren’t on vacation. While the crime is full of terror, there seems to be a handle on the situation as McGarrett and his team swoops in to eliminate any concerns of a strike on the islands or the mainland. Taking fans on a ride around the area, it seems that time is not on the side of the team so everyone needs to hurry to eliminate the bad guys and reduce the threat of terror.

The weekly episodes of "Hawaii Five-0" offer a look at some of the crime fighters on the islands. The show is a contemporary take on the classic series about a new elite federalized task force whose mission is to wipe out the crime that washes up on the islands' sun-drenched beaches. While fans might be watching the show for the stories, there is the background to consider. Showcasing some of the best beaches in the country and beautiful sunsets, the show is perfect from every angle.

“Hawaii Five-0” airs at 9 p.m. on CBS.
