Having your Christmas memories and God's love chase away your winter blues

Now that the Christmas celebrations have ended, the joyful Christmas music has been replaced by regular music, and soon the beautiful Christmas decorations will be taken down; you don’t have to let the warmth of the Christmas spirit be replaced by an inner cold attitude because of the cold and gloomy weather of winter.

Instead, you can keep the inner warmth of the Christmas spirit living inside of you for the whole year through the cherished memories of the times of sharing love and presents with family and friends and also through having a close relationship with the central figure of Christmas, Jesus Christ.

If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and daily talk to God about your problems, then you can develop a close relationship with God and have the sunshine of His love give you an inner warmth that will get you through the cold winter days and nights. You can also have the power of the Holy Spirit to guide you through your journey of life as you live according to God’s principles of living found in the Bible.

This means that when you are going through either a bad winter storm or the storm of a tough personal problem, then you can ask God to give you some extra guidance and bring the sunshine of His love to chase away the inner cold that going through bad storms can produce.

As you feel the power of the Holy Spirit and the love of God guiding you through your storms, then in appreciation for God helping you through your storms; you can bring God’s love to those people around you that need God to help them get through their storms.

When you do that you can produce more good memories that you can add to your cherished Christmas memories, which along with the sunshine of God’s love, can chase away your winter blues.
