The key to having a healthy mind-set is thinking positively about everything in your life.

No worries be happy state of mind.

Things that can’t be changed don’t need to be worried about because there is nothing you can do to change the situation.

Remember the Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Niebuhr:

‘God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.’
Amen.

The key words in the poem are:

‘God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.’

Even if you don’t believe in a higher power such as God or the powers that be just remember this:

“I need to accept the things I cannot change, have courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference!”

Write it down, memorize it and repeat it like a mantra. It is a wonderful way to thinking positively about every aspect of your life.
