I know at some point in your life you have probably been to the happiest place on Earth, Disneyland. Well, have you ever been to the Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar? You might want to try it out since it has been voted one of the top three eating choices in the Downtown Disney District and is exemplified as a fine dining oasis.
At Catal Restaurant, guests can enjoy an elegant and relaxed environment with exceptional balcony seating for friends and family to check out the magical scenery. On the balcony, customers can have a panoramic view and choose from a mouth-watering menu full of Mediterranean favorites including delicious select meats, grilled seafood and the freshest salad entrees. This year, Catal Restaurant has a treat for guests featuring a special Christmas dinner menu on December 25th.
If this sounds like an interesting dining choice than you should come on down to Catal Restaurant between 5 and 10 P.M. for this special. Customers will be offered three courses for $55. There is even a children’s menu available for kids 10 and under.
To start the Christmas cheer, customers can enjoy first courses like roasted chestnut soup and house made lamb merguez. Other first course options include the lobster arancini and ‘montaditos’ of house made ricotta. Lastly, you can also choose the organic gem lettuce which is Marcona almonds, Manchego cheese, market pears, shaved fennel, dried cherries, and Jean-Marc honey vinegar.
To satisfy your palette, you can take a bite out of main course options like butter poached cod and slow-roasted Angus prime rib. Along with these main course choices, guests can choose from diver scallops and braised lamb shank. Another course is the house-rolled pasta which is braised pork shoulder ‘Bolognese’, Cas telvetrano olives, guindilla peppers, and whipped tetilla de vaca cheese.
Customers can end the meal on a high note with two delightful Christmas desserts. You can enjoy a bourbon chocolate pecan tart which is bourbon beurre blanc, rye crumble, and malt Chantilly. Along with this, guests can take a bite out of their winter pears delice which is ginger pear sorbet, Poire William jus, and pickled pears.
If you end up enjoying Catal Restaurants’ Holiday 3-course meal then you have until December 31st to give it a try. Even if you just want to go to Disneyland or California Adventure, you should stop by Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar.
