Psalm 103:105 (NLT)
Let all that I am praise the LORD; with my whole heart, I will praise his holy name. Let all that I am praise the LORD; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. He redeems me from death and crowns me with love and tender mercies. He fills my life with good things. My youth is renewed like the eagles!

Have you forgotten? There are days just too difficult to remain focused on what God is doing in our life distracted by all that is happening around us. After all, we are only human. Let all that I am praise the Lord is tough when there is not much left to give. To give the Lord your whole heart may be an endeavor as well considering all the broken pieces that must be gathered and retrieved from those unworthy of your love. I will praise His Holy Name seems impossible when overwrought by tears from the emotional damage of a world whose love has grown cold and sin now rampant. How can I remember that God is ALWAYS good when things seem so bad? There are some of you (us) who are at the end of their rope with a simple knot trying to hang on with the last little bit of strength they can muster? There are others who see the finish line but are unsure if they can crawl any closer on weak knees facedown before the Lord. To those who are guilty, hurt, exposed, loveless and empty – there is hope! Together we will find it, hold on to it and prosper in it if we do not give up on all that God has promised. By faith, we can praise the Lord in the midst of the most devastating storm. We can give the Lord our whole heart and He prefers the broken ones by the way. Praise does not require our strength only our faith.

Romans 4:4-7 (NLT)
When people work, their wages are not a gift, but something they have earned. But people are counted as righteous, not because of their work, but because of their faith in God who forgives sinners. David also spoke of this when he described the happiness of those who are declared righteous without working for it: “Oh, what joy for those whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sins are put out of sight.

Have you forgotten that Jesus Christ has forgiven all of your sins – past, present and future? Jesus Christ bore every sin you have and will ever commit on the Cross. He paid the price completely. When trouble hits our life, it is not uncommon to think that God may be somehow punishing us for something we may or may not have done. This is never the case. God does not punish His Children once they have stepped through the door of grace by faith into righteousness. Yes, I know that it is difficult to comprehend a love that would lay down His Life just for you and me. But that is exactly what happened, you and I will never be able to earn salvation so God does not try to work it out of us but work it through us by giving us His Spirit to transform our life with prosperity and purpose. No further sacrifice is needed. (Hebrews 10:16-18) To ever believe such is to cheapen the Blood of Christ which is impossible. Your sin has been removed as far as the east is from the west. (Psalm 103:12) Do not let the enemy, or anyone else for that matter including you, pull them back into the present – it is gone! You will still sin unknowingly and unwillingly from time to time. Don’t worry – you are covered! (I John 1:8-10) By striving to live apart from sin, we live in the righteousness of God freely and openly because our sin has been removed. I can praise the Lord with my whole heart because I have been forgiven.

James 5:14-16 (NLT)
Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

Have you forgotten that Jesus Christ is your healer? No really, I am not kidding – you can be healed and whole in Jesus Christ, but not if you do not want it. Who doesn’t want to leave sickness behind? Those who choose to believe the report of the doctor and lie of the enemy accepting anything less than God’s Full Restoration. Unbelief bars the door every single time. (Mark 6:4-6) The healing process extends not only to physical ailments. Yes, God wants to heal your body (Proverbs 3:7-8). But He also wants to heal your spiritual man including your emotional being (Psalm 147:3) and He wants to heal/restore the land that He has given you from the devastating effects of sin. (2 Chronicles 7:14-15) Sin is the root of all sickness and disease. It doesn’t have to be your sin but generationally inherited. God wants to heal and restore your whole life. He is ready to heal you! (Isaiah 38:20) God sent out His Word to heal us. (Psalm 107:19-21) The only word that you need to know to have healing in your life is Jesus Christ. (Acts 9:33-34) Jesus Christ is the Word and He will restore everything that once laid in ruin. All you have to do is have enough faith to call out His Name and believe that He will heal and restore every detail in your life. It works! But not until you call on His Name by faith living in the Righteousness of God! I can praise the Lord because He is healing and restoring my life today simply because I have faith in Him!

Hebrews 9:11-12 (NLT)
So Christ has now become the High Priest over all the good things that have come. He has entered that greater, more perfect Tabernacle in heaven, which was not made by human hands and is not part of this created world. With his own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.

Have you forgotten that Jesus Christ redeemed you for forever? These trials in our life are momentary and meant to bring Glory to God which floods our life with more and more of His Goodness pouring out with His Unfailing Love. (2 Corinthians 4:17) If we truly believed that our trials and troubles in life had a purpose and that the Goodness of God was working its way to us then we would worry and stress less about the details and focus on Jesus. We must expand our thinking to include forever not just today. We must live for the future and hope that we have been promised rather than in survival mode. (Jeremiah 29:11-13) All we have to do to experience the Glory of God in our life is to seek Him wholeheartedly putting all our faith and trust in Jesus Christ no matter who things look today or what the forecast is for tomorrow. Jesus has redeemed, bought back, and recovered God’s Plan and Purpose for our life. Now He is working out every single detail for our good! (Romans 8:28) I forget that sometimes (ok many times) when the crushing pressure of this life meets the hot furnace of refinement as God prepares me for something more.

Romans 8:28-29 (NLT)
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.

Why? Have you forgotten why God loves you so much? You are a son or daughter of the Most High God. You are the brother or sister of Jesus Christ. Natural parents are consumed with the well-being of their children, how much more would God be of His Own Children in the perfection of His Unfailing and Unconditional Love? (Matthew 7:8-11) God fully intends to give you everything that He promised before you were ever born. (Psalm 139:16) He has not changed His Mind no matter how far you have wandered. He kept it for you under close guard until you returned to receive it. Are you ready now? The Lord is ready to release His Inheritance to His Children. P.S. That’s you!

James 1:16-18 (NLT)
So don’t be misled, my dear brothers and sisters. Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow. He chose to give birth to us by giving us his true word. And we, out of all creation, became his prized possession.

Have you forgotten that God is ALWAYS good? Everything that God made is good – sin created the misuse of these things. (1 Timothy 4:4-5) God sends His Goodness to all of His Creation, most often it is ignored, refused or misused. Goodness is God’s Nature halted only by His Justice. (Psalm 145:8-9) Sin separated us from the Goodness of God which is fully discovered by faith living in right standing with God again. If we choose to call on the Name of Jesus Christ again, it is an instant open door to home. It is there that like the prodigal son, we are welcomed home and will experience the Goodness of God and inheritance of our Heavenly Father once more. (Luke 15:17-20) Faith takes us home when we finally come to our senses that this world has nothing for us and we remember who our Father is and all that He has promised to do!

2 Corinthians 12:8-10 (NLT)
Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Have you forgotten that you don’t have to be the strong one? The world in which we live is a harsh reality. The weight of its blow on the lives of God’s People is devastating. There is no love here. Sin is rampant. It is hard to distinguish the Truth from satan’s lies. “My grace is all that you need!” I can praise the Lord in all things and at all times because by faith He is doing all these wonderful things in my life. It doesn’t matter what life looks like today because the Power of Christ is working in me and through me. The same power that brought Jesus Christ back to life is renewing me day by day if by faith I choose to accept all these free gifts from God and stop trying to earn them or reason with the world that there is something, anything that I can do to make Him stop loving me, pursing me and caring for me. There is nothing that I can do to ever separate me from the Love of Jesus Christ. He sealed the deal on Calvary’s Cross. It is my job and profound privilege just to belief and by faith praise the Name above All Names accepting the many good things that He is making way for in my life. When I am weak, He is strong. So forget always trying to be brave, confident and strong and focus on faith and hope! Let the Lord do the rest!

Lamentations 3:17-20(NLT)
Peace has been stripped away and I have forgotten what prosperity is. I cry out, “My splendor is gone! Everything I had hoped for from the LORD is lost!” The thought of my suffering and homelessness is bitter beyond words. I will never forget this awful time as I grieve over my loss.

Have you forgotten what peace feels like? Have you forgotten the seeds of prosperity planted by faith in your life? Have you forgotten what hope is? It is only natural to feel the reality of the world in which we live but you do not have to remain there. Grace allows us to exit the reality of this life and step into righteousness allowing the supernatural to take over our life. Righteousness is entered only by faith. Step into it today! God is not mad at you because you are weak and empty…He is glad you finally made it back! Now…

Lamentations 3:21-24 (NLT)
Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. I say to myself, “The LORD is my inheritance; therefore, I will hope in him!”

It is not uncommon for human beings to experience disappointment, loss, longing and even grief but it is the abandonment of hope to remain there. To experience hardship and still look for His Unfailing Love is called endurance. It is evidence of faith that has become confident hope which is invaluable to every believer. It is this place we will experience God’s Unfailing Love firsthand and His New Mercy in every avenue of life. You will never search for something that you do not know about. (Psalm 119:89-93) The Word of God stands firm as the written covenant between God and His People. It defines His Character and explains His Intentions for you and me who are His Beloved Children. To live apart from the Word (Jesus Christ) makes hope impossible because there is no place to plant our faith and let it grow. The Word gives us life. (Proverbs 3:1-3) Well-placed faith produces confident hope which anchors our soul in every storm. (Hebrews 6:18-19) Forget the past – the Lord is working on your future. He is doing something completely new! It is our job to stop looking in the mirror, yet forgetting who we are and all that He has promised us! (James 1:23-24) Have you forgotten something?

James 1:21-25 (NLT)
So get rid of all the filth and evil in your lives, and humbly accept the word God has planted in your hearts, for it has the power to save your souls. But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.
