Have a Happy New Year's at The Summit House!

It makes sense to spend your New Year’s Eve partying until the break of dawn. However, another great way to end the year is by enjoying a great meal. That is why the Summit House is offering a delicious New Year’s Eve menu to bring in 2014 with a blast.

As history has shown, the English Inn has been the place to see friendly faces and get warm and cozy by the fireside, while enjoying a hot meal and sipping on a nice, cold brew. Guests know they will come into the Summit House with a smile across their face when they see how good the service is along with all the great sweets they can feast on. The people of the Summit House are driven by this ideal to make a homely restaurant where loved ones can drink, meet to eat and enjoy the beauty of North Orange County.

This may just be the right way to bring in the New Year if you bring your family to the Summit House after 5 P.M. on December 31st. You will be able to dine on holiday creations to end the year with a great, big smile. Guests can also enjoy a variety of alcoholic beverages and dine, while listening to live piano music in the Tavern.

To get the party started customers can choose from two delicious starters. The first is the baby heirloom beet salad which is roasted baby heirloom beets on a bed of curry, roasted pistachios, marinated feta cheese, and baby kale greens. Another option to take a bite out of is the stone crab cocktail which is Baja stone crab with cocktail sauce and three mustard sauce.

To complete this New Year’s Eve meal guests can choose from plates like the fresh vegetable napoleon which is mozzarella cheese mashed potatoes, summer squash, zucchini, red bell peppers, Portobello mushrooms, and oak wood grilled eggplant. Another tasty meal to try is the jidori chicken which is one quarter chicken slowly roasted on their oak wood rotisserie with black quinoa pilaf and eston lentils. Also, you can choose to dine on filet mignon, skuna bay salmon, and plenty of dessert choices.

Whether you decide to sit in the Tavern for a pint or want to enjoy some of the best food in Orange County then you might want to come down to the Summit House to bring in 2014.
