Tuesday is the 14th day of February, otherwise known at Valentine's Day. Whether you're single and bitter, single and happy and it, or happily coupled and non-traditional (and against this overly commercialized holiday), then this is the event for you. This year, celebrate Valentine's Day the underground way at The Shelter for a special edition of Let's Go Dark.
The Shelter's Tuesday resident DJ Ghost will be joined by DJs Dark Angel and Davo for a triple threat of EBM, industrial, and dark retro. When you're not dancing you can enjoy $2 Black Valentine shot specials along with a special on Heaven & Hell shots, guaranteed to taste a million times better than those chalky message hearts.
For a special Valentine's Day treat, there will be free screening passes and swag from Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, coming to theaters this Friday, February 17. Come early and load up on free stuff!
Let's Go Dark Valentine's Day Edition will take place on Tuesday, February 14 at The Shelter. Cover is free all night long for 21 and up. Doors open at 9pm and close at 3am. The Shelter is located at 2101 Tula St. NW, 30309, and there is plenty of free parking.
