On Friday, October 21, beginning at 7 P.M., Leesylvania State Park near Woodbridge will host a Haunted History Hike as a family-friendly event for the Halloween season.
The land that eventually became Leesylvania State Park has some significance to both Virginia and national history, having once been a plantation where Robert E. Lee’s father (who was himself a hero of the American Revolution) was born.
